A chaton crystal is a faceted, cone-shaped stone with a flat top and a sharply pointed, foiled back. Made by Preciosa, these pointed-back rhinestones are designed to maximise light reflection and are typically glued into metal settings, jewellery bezels, or epoxy clay.
