Delivery

• Orders are normally dispatched within 24–48 hours of payment, subject to stock availability.

• If you need your order urgently, please contact us at jones.martina@ymail.com, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

• We offer multiple delivery options, including FREE UK 2nd Class Tracked delivery on orders over £30.

• Please note: we cannot accept responsibility for delays or non-delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control.

• Cut-off for same-day dispatch (Special Delivery) is 12 noon, Monday–Friday.

Postage & Packing Rates

• UK 1st Class Tracked (1–2 working days): £4.25

• UK 2nd Class Tracked (5–6 working days): £3.25

• Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Day, UK only): £9.95

• Europe destinations: £5.25 (currently not shipping to EU)

• Rest of World: £10.95 (currently not shipping to USA and South Africa)

Standard UK 2nd Class Tracked delivery is FREE on orders over £30.

Undelivered Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays), please contact us at jones.martina@ymail.com with your order number. We will check Royal Mail’s tracking and GPS data and work with you to resolve the issue.

Next Day Delivery

• Orders placed before 12 noon, Monday–Friday, with Royal Mail Special Delivery, will be dispatched the same day.

• Orders placed after 12 noon, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be dispatched the next working day.

• Please note: Royal Mail does not collect from us on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays. For example, an order placed after 12 noon Friday will ship on Monday and arrive on Tuesday.
