Kookeli – Terms of Service

Pricing

Kookeli reserves the right to adjust pricing without prior notice in the event of errors or changes in supplier costs.

Quality

Our semi-precious stones, freshwater pearls, and tagua nuts are natural materials, meaning that slight variations in color, shape, and size may occur. Miyuki beads are available in a wide range of finishes, each of which may react differently to friction, light, cosmetics, or detergents. Delivery

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours of payment, subject to stock availability.

  • If your order is urgent, please contact us at jones.martina@ymail.com and we will do our best to assist.

  • We offer several delivery options, including FREE UK 2nd Class delivery on orders over £30.

  • Kookeli is not responsible for late or failed deliveries due to circumstances beyond our control.

  • Cut-off time for same-day dispatch (Special Delivery) is 12 noon, Monday–Friday.

Postage & Packing Rates:

  • UK 1st Class Tracked (1–2 working days): £4.25

  • UK 2nd Class Tracked (5–6 working days): £3.25

  • Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Day – UK only): £9.95

  • Europe destinations: £5.25 (Currently not shipping to EU)

  • Rest of World: £10.95 (Currently not shipping to USA and South Africa)

Free UK 2nd Class Tracked Delivery on orders over £30.

If your order does not arrive within 14 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays), please email jones.martina@ymail.com with your order number, and we will investigate with Royal Mail and work to resolve the issue.

Next Day Delivery

Orders placed before 12 noon (Mon–Fri) with Royal Mail Special Delivery will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12 noon, at weekends, or on bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

Workshop & Event Cancellation Policy

For events such as the Beading Weekend, cancellations made 5 working days before events are fully refundable. After this date, refunds will only be issued if we are able to resell your place.

Downloadable Patterns Policy

Patterns purchased from Kookeli are available to download up to 3 times. We recommend saving a copy immediately. You may use our patterns to create items for personal use, gifts, or resale, but reproducing, sharing, or teaching from our patterns without permission is strictly prohibited and constitutes copyright infringement.

Refunds and exchanges are not available on digital pattern purchases.

Returns Policy

We hope you are delighted with your order, but if not, you may return goods within 14 days of purchase for a refund.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, online and telephone customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving goods. Items must be returned promptly in re-saleable condition. If you request collection, a fee (up to £100) will apply, which will be confirmed at cancellation.

Please note:

  • Returns are not accepted for special order items, beads removed from temporary strings, or cut stringing materials & chain.

  • Items must be in original packaging and in saleable condition.

  • Damaged or incomplete orders must be reported within 7 days of delivery by email.

  • Earrings and earring findings cannot be refunded or exchanged due to EU hygiene regulations.

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty. We strongly recommend obtaining proof of posting.

If your return reduces your order total below the free shipping threshold, your refund will be adjusted to account for the relevant postage charge.

Special Offers & Promotions

  • Promotion and voucher codes cannot be combined with other offers.

  • If part of an order is returned, discounts will be recalculated proportionally.

  • Refunds will exclude delivery charges from the original order where applicable.

All content, images, and designs on Kookeli’s website are the property of Kookeli. Reproduction, adaptation, or distribution in any form without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Intended Use & Safety Warning

Our products are designed for jewellery-making and craft purposes only.

  • Not suitable for children under 14 without adult supervision (may present choking or injury hazards).

  • Some materials may include sharp edges, strong adhesives, or coatings that can cause irritation. Handle with care and use in well-ventilated spaces.

  • Certain components may cause allergic reactions—please check materials before use.

  • Always store tools and materials out of reach of children and pets.

Liability: Kookeli accepts no responsibility for injuries, damage, or misuse of products outside their intended purpose.

Compliance with General Product Safety Regulations (GPSR)

All products sold by Kookeli comply with applicable General Product Safety Regulations (GPSR) and relevant international standards.

Customers are responsible for ensuring products meet local regulations when importing or using outside the UK. If you identify any safety issues, please contact us immediately at jones.martina@ymail.com.

Legal Framework

These Terms of Service replace all previous versions and are correct as of September 2025.
They are governed by the laws of England, with disputes resolved exclusively by the English courts.

Kookeli reserves the right to amend these terms at any time for legal, regulatory, or business reasons.
