Refund Policy

At Kookeli, we want you to love your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

In line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you purchased online or by phone, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving your goods. All returned items must be sent back promptly in a re-saleable condition. For full details of your rights under these regulations, please contact your local Citizen’s Advice Bureau or Trading Standards Office.

Please note:

  • We cannot accept returns on special order items, beads that have been removed from their temporary string, cut stringing materials, or chain.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and in saleable condition.

  • Damaged, broken, or incomplete orders must be reported by email within 7 days of delivery. Claims made after this period cannot be accepted.

  • Current EU hygiene regulations mean we cannot refund or exchange earring findings.

When returning goods, we strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Customers are responsible for the postage costs when returning unwanted or unsuitable products.
